How do I request a custom order?
Use the contact form initially to discuss personalised or custom order requests. Timescale for delivery will depend on the type of product requested. Once the details have been agreed, a delivery estimate will be provided. A small deposit may be required at the time of placing the order, with the balance to be paid prior to shipping.
Where is my parcel?
All orders are despatched with tracking. You can check with the carrier using the tracking information provided at the time of the order.
What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If a parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, you can submit a claim for a lost package. This timescale is dictated by the carrier. When submitting a claim request, you will be offered either a replacement or a refund.
