Processing Times

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If there likely to be delays, you will be notified.

Delivery Methods

Generally, all packages are shipped using Royal Mail, with added tracking.

Standard options within the UK are:

•    Tracked 48 - no signature required

•    Tracked 24 - no signature required, if choosing upgrade option

International Shipping:

No longer available. Due to multiple issues with international packages, overseas shipping has been withdrawn. UK shipping only.

Delivery Times

For UK orders, delivery times are usually around 2-3 days from date of despatch.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided when the order is despatched.

If a package has not arrived 7 working days after the due delivery date has passed, a claim may be submitted. Options will be offered at that time. You may submit a claim for a lost package via the contact form. See bottom of page for link. Please state whether you would like a refund or a replacement package, subject to stock availability.
